do I know if my box spring and mattress will fit the bed frame? |
| ANSWER: |
As
the manufacturer we consult with you directly to determine the
exact size of your matress and box spring, then we modify the
frame to meet your exact requirements. |

Do
I have to order castors separately for my frame? |
| ANSWER: |
Our
standard frames are shipped with gliders (flat teflon pad) and
included with your order are Shepard castors. Use either one
when assembling your frame. |

kind of finishes are available for my bed frame? |

All
finishes are coated with a baked
on clear epoxy enamel to prevent any tarnishing and protect
the overall finish.

How
much support is there for the box spring and mattress? |
| ANSWER: |
The
bed frame is constructed of 2x2x3/16 inch angle iron. This
increases the strength ten fold over conventional bed frames.
Your Box Spring and Mattress will be supported on all four
sides. Queen and King sized beds have an additional center
support rail.

I place an order, how long does it take to receive my bed? |
| ANSWER: |
Manufacturing
time is approximately 4 weeks with transit time approximately
5 - 7 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on
your ship to location.
